Booking Policy
- No rooms will be blocked until confirmed with advance.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but all will be informed in advance. Refer to our official website – www.amayaresort.in for the latest prevailing tariffs.
- Fixed buffet breakfast only served in the restaurant.
- Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
- Extra time / Overstay during the day till 4 PM: 25% of the package rate.
- Early check-in: Special rate applicable based on availability. If mandatory, full rate of the previous night will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- One day retention to be charged if cancelled 21 days before scheduled check-in.
- Full amount to be charged in case of a No-show.
- Any further increase in rates or change in the policies will be informed accordingly.
- 50% advance for the booking confirmation & balance 50% amount at the time of check-in.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- No food & accommodation for the driver.
